After noticing a few inefficient processes that were preventing our resources from working at an optimum level. I conducted an in-depth investigation, identifying that there wasn’t a single point of contact for errors. I took ownership and created better reporting through delivery and training of a software program. Thus, reporting was created and enabled us to do root cause analysis and therefore prioritise process improvements moving forward.

Working for a major metropolitian water authority, I managed the project team for the delivery of hundreds of water connections a month. Through aligning strategic values and business objectives we increased customer satisfaction and ensured efficient and high quality outcomes.

Through the end of financial year review we found a discrepancy of payments. Following an in-depth investigation and reviewing the contract terms and formula for payments, this resulted in a additional payment of $48k.
